The contact form on this site does not store or transmit data to our servers. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you typed; nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp. If you contact us by e-mail (infojoll.llc@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+1 941 202 4887), we receive the information you choose to share and use it only to respond to your inquiry.
We use Google Analytics 4 (a Google LLC service) to understand aggregate site usage: it sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, processed under Google's privacy policy — used only to understand how the site is used, never for advertising. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage — your preferred language — so the site remembers it between visits. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, analytics by Google Analytics, and outbound links open WhatsApp (Meta) — those services may process your IP address under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
